When will I receive my order?Once you place an order, it will be confirmed within one business day via email. We typically ship within 48 hours on products that are in-stock. If we are out of stock on the item you have selected please hit the contact us tab to find out when that item will be available.
How is shipping calculated?
We only ship within the US and its calculated based on the weight of the package, location and speed of delivery. Shipping costs are automatically calculated for you when you place your order.
Do you have a shipping policy?
We strive to make sure your happy with our products. If you are not happy with any purchase, we will exchange it or refund your money within 30 days of the date the order was placed. Unfortunately, orders older than 30 days cannot be returned or exchanged.
Do you have a refund policy?
We will refund you the price of the unopened product(s) upon receiving the item(s). Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number before returning any items. Items must be received in a resalable condition.
SHIPPING COSTS TO AND FROM WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED SHIPPING UNLESS YOU RETURN AN ITEM THAT HAS BEEN DAMAGED.
Damaged items will be replaced with an identical product only. A photo of the damaged item will be required.
Items Received as a Gift
Items received as a gift (paid for by someone other than you) can be exchanged or returned for a store credit, ONLY IF IN RESALABLE CONDITION AND WITHIN 30 DAYS OF WHEN THE ORIGINAL ORDER WAS PLACED. We do not accept returns on sale items. All sales on sale items are final.
